Why do I so freely share what I know about marketing? Well, I guess it’s my way of making the world a better place. It adds goodwill. I don’t know about rocket science or brain surgery. But I really do know a lot about marketing, so that’s what I write about. It’s my passion. And by sharing so much of what I know, I firmly believe what goes around comes around.

That said, today I learned about the “Greater Than Myself” Challenge, from Steve Farber. He’s what I call a Leadership Guru. I met Steve a little more than a year ago in Chicago. He has a cool concept that he’s turned into a book he calls “Greater Than Yourself”. The idea is to help someone else to grow beyond you and that individual success should not be at the expense of others.
