I’m always amazed at the “real” statistics. In my little world I would have ranked these websites totally differently:
- ??
- ???
- MySpace
I never would have guessed the “real” order as measured by Hitwise. How about you?? Is this what you thought? One more important reason to accurately measure instead of going by “gut feel” or “instinct” when it comes to marketing.

Chris, I’m with you, I would not have guessed that Twitter had so few people participating. When you are there it seems like the whole world. I like it because it is simple and unencumbered. I can be in and out.
I understand the age of Twitter users is higher than that of folks using MySpace.
